Financial Operations Associate (FOA)

Some companies might refer to this position as an “Accountant” or a “Bookkeeper”, but we find the Financial Operations Associate title to be a more accurate representation of the role. The FOA is responsible for providing detailed accounting/bookkeeping support and working directly with our clients. Candidates are not required to be Certified Public Accountants (CPA).

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline required
• At least five (5) years’ practical bookkeeping/accounting experience required
  
  

Financial Operations Manager (FOM)

This position is commonly entitled “Accounting Manager”, but we find the Financial Operations Manager title to be a better representation of the role duties. The FOM is responsible for overall leadership and support to the team of FOAs. They work closely with clients and are responsible for ensuring complete client satisfaction. Candidates are not required to be Certified Public Accountants (CPA).

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline required
• At least 5 years’ practical bookkeeping/accounting experience required
• A minimum of one (1) year of leadership/direct management experience required
  
  

Financial Operations Director (FOD)

The Financial Operations Director is charged with leading FOMs directly and FOAs indirectly. FODs are closely involved in the day-to-day operations of the team and ultimately accountable for client and team member satisfaction. Candidates are not required to be Certified Public Accountants (CPA).

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline required
• At least 5 years’ practical bookkeeping/accounting experience required
• A minimum of five (5) years in a leadership role required
  
  

Business Development Partner

The Business Development Partner is integral to driving revenue growth by sourcing and establishing new business accounts within a specific territory.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related discipline preferred, but not required
• At least three (3) years’ new account growth experience
• Consultative approach; comfortable networking and building relationships
