Meet Northeast Florida Managing Director Pete Denholm

Pete Denholm is a business management consultant with over 20 years of experience in operations and financial management. 

While working for Big 4 accounting firms, Grant Thornton, and Fortune 50 companies, he specialized in helping organizations improve their financial and business operations. He found the work so rewarding that he launched Supporting Strategies | Northeast Florida in 2014 — a practice that has earned Top Accounting Firm kudos in the Jacksonville Business Journal.

A member of the Jacksonville Chamber of Commerce and St. Johns County Chamber of Commerce, Pete holds a Bachelor of Arts in Finance from the George Washington University and is proud to be a former Marine.

Outside of work, Pete applies his creative problem-solving skills to woodworking and sailing. Ask him about navigating the Pacific Ocean in a 39-foot sailboat.

Diane is a business management consultant with over 30 years of experience in business, operational and financial management. At Supporting Strategies, she leverages her knowledge and experience to bring high-quality outsourced business and operational support services to small and medium-sized companies.

Prior to joining Supporting Strategies, Diane was an Independent Consultant specializing in strategic planning, business assessments, acquisitions, organizational improvement, business process management, workforce planning, performance management and business/proposal development. As a Principal of a global accounting firm, she managed a large portfolio of strategy, business and financial improvement projects for large and global organizations. Previously, at a federal government agency, she served in multiple leadership roles focused on improving manufacturing operations and product quality.

Diane has a Master of Science in Engineering Management from The George Washington University and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from The Pennsylvania State University.
