Stephanie has built her career partnering with managers to help companies thrive. After spending more than 15 years in pivotal roles directing process and efficiency improvements, she joined Supporting Strategies in 2012 and became Managing Director of our San Diego franchise in 2015. She excels at leveraging technology to provide the best service possible to her clients.
Outside of work, Stephanie takes full advantage of San Diego's recreational opportunities and enjoys traveling, music and time with family. She is a member of the Carlsbad Chamber of Commerce.
Ousmanne brings a strong appreciation for account management and client service delivery as the foundations of a business's success. Over the course of his career, he has applied his expertise to benefit Fortune 500 companies, three of his own successful startups and, since joining Supporting Strategies in 2015, small businesses throughout the San Diego area.
Ousmanne studied Accounting, Finance and Economics at Lycée l'Initiative in Paris and speaks French and English. When not working with the region's up-and-coming business leaders, he enjoys playing soccer and dancing Cuban salsa.
