Meet Twin Cities South Managing Director Dawn Guth

Dawn founded Supporting Strategies | Twin Cities South in 2014 with the goal of helping small businesses grow and thrive. She brings to our clients an efficient, detail-oriented perspective combined with a deep knowledge of the subtleties of tax reporting, financial operations, and accounting. She hopes that by providing top-notch bookkeeping and controller services in Minneapolis she can make a difference in her community and help local businesses thrive.

Prior to Supporting Strategies, Dawn spent 13 years as a Tax and Reporting Specialist at KleinBank in Chaska, handling a range of financial and operations duties. In addition to managing the books for the shareholders and their subsidiaries, she was responsible for preparing quarterly and year-end financial statements and individual, partnership, corporate, and trust tax returns. A Certified ProAdvisor for QuickBooks Online, she is particularly skilled in understanding the complexities of job costing and classes/locations within QuickBooks Online.

Dawn is a member of the Prior Lake Chamber of Commerce and active in her community, coaching, and volunteering in youth sports. She's also an enthusiastic football fan.

Supporting Strategies provides a full range of bookkeeping and operational support services, including payroll administration. We also assist with benefits administration and with new hire/termination coordination and documentation.

Every Supporting Strategies client is assigned a team consisting of a Financial Operations Manager and at least one Financial Operations Associate. Financial Operations Associates are part of an Operations Team, allowing for cross-training and distributed workload coverage. This team approach enables us to scale to keep up with the demands of growing businesses.
