Veronica Rossitto

Veronica is an attorney at Greathouse Holloway McFadden Trachtenberg PLLC. She counsels business clients in various matters, including company formations, contract negotiations, and mergers & acquisitions. Veronica prides herself in reducing risk in transactions for her clients. A native Texan, Veronica is active in the community and currently serves as the Treasurer of the Houston Young Lawyers Foundation. Veronica also manages The Annex Wedding & Events Venue, a family business that started with her and her husband. In her downtime, Veronica enjoys spending time with her husband and their spoiled dogs and cat.
