Meet Western Massachusetts Managing Director John Gleason

John is an expert in delivering bookkeeping and controller services to small businesses. He enjoys developing long-term relationships with small-business owners who want to spend more time growing their business and less time on bookkeeping. A Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor and Bill.com Advisor, he brings a management consultant background and over three decades of experience across a broad range of industries, including employee benefits and business sales.

Prior to joining the Supporting Strategies family, John spent 16 years consulting with small-business owners to improve their internal systems and establish short- and long-term goals. Earlier in his career, he owned and operated a 130-person printing firm, which was sold to a national Private Equity Group.

John is also Managing Director of Supporting Strategies offices in North Shore, MA; MetroWest, MA; Central Massachusetts; and West Houston, TX. He holds a Management Accounting Certificate from Cornell University, studied Economics at UMass Boston and completed professional courses in Graphic Arts at Northeastern University.
