For over 20 years, Katie Leeman has employed her unusual background in branding, research, theater, diversity & inclusion, and clinical social work to help connect business strategy and people through communication.

She has worked extensively with financial institutions, technology companies, insurance companies, large arts organizations, independent schools, universities, professional service firms and many non-profits.

In addition, Katie has spent 15 years as an improv comedian, performing with ImprovBoston and at other theaters around the country. She currently teaches interpersonal and team communication.

Katie holds a BA in Theater from Ithaca College and an MBA from Boston University. She is also working on a Master’s in Clinical Social Work (MSW) at Boston University. Her work has won multiple Pearl, Davey and Nickelodeon Awards.
